Mary Smith

Mrs. Mary Lee Smith, 72, of Boston died on Sunday, June 12 at her residence.

A native of Slate Mills, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Jenkins.

She was a member of Slate Mills Baptist Church and a retired employee of Southern Garment Company.

She is survived by her husband, Granville Howard Smith; two brothers, Charles Jenkins of Orange and George Jenkins of Culpeper and a sister, Ruby Wharton of Brandy Station.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15 at Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper with the Rev. Harold Eaton officiating.

Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper.
