Mrs. Charlie Dodson continues to show improvement at her home here following her recent illness.
We add our congratulations to those seniors from our area namely Bonnie Jewell, Tracy Hitt, Michael Wayne Frazier, Jeff Woodward and Joey Dunagan, all of whom will be graduating from Rappahannock High School on Saturday.
Michael Wayne Frazier will also be graduating from Piedmont Technical School on Wednesday evening where he has earned his diploma for his course in automobile mechanics.
Mrs. Owen Cubbage of Route 615 extended is recuperating at home following hand surgery in Charlottesville last week. ( The Salem Garden Club will meet this Saturday, June 18 at the home of Mrs. Elwood Smoot. The program “Perennials for Cutting” which will be presented by Mrs. Smoot begins at 1:30 p.m.
