He is survived by two sons, Sidney Joseph Colvin and George McCoy Colvin, both of Viewtown; two daughters, Marilyn Colvin Davis of Stanardsville and Joyce Patricia Colvin of Viewtown; ten grandchildren, George McCoy Colvin III of Rixeyville, Cynthia Colvin Reid of Culpeper, Joshua Randolph Colvin, Priscilla Ann Coxsey, John Wyatt Colvin and Sarah Elizabeth Colvin, all of Viewtown, Melanie Renee Davis of Silver Spring, Md., Heather Lynn Davis and Amanda Gayle Davis, both of Stanardsville and Bobbie Jean Nease of Kettle Island, Ky. and five great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are two brothers, Woodrow Colvin of Manassas and Wyatt Colvin of Nokesville and a sister, Emma Colvin of Manassas.
