This day came Jean Arthur Monroe and Arthur W. Wilmer, asserting that they are persons claiming by, thrpugh or under the heirs, devisees, or leg-; atees of Eric Wilmer, a ! supposed decedent, and claiming certain real props ty consisting of a tract or parcel of land contain-’ ing 14.4516 acre, more or less, said land being more particularly described according to' deed dated February 21 ,< 1994 and recorded amongst the land records of the Clerk's Office of, the Circuit of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as document number 621.' (Deed Book 205, page' 608) ,

It being alleged that the said Eric Wilmer went from his residence and, domicile in the Common-. wealth of Virginia, and has not returned to said* residence for more than) 19 years successively, and has not been heard* from in over 13 years,' and it having been re-' guested that the fact of the death of the said Erio Wilmer and of such* descent and vesting be! established by this court;,
