A birthday dinner was given on May 30 for Mrs. Alice Porter in honor of her 80th birthday. The dinner was hosted by her daughters, Marilyn Price and Bessie Grigsby, her son, Donald Porter and granddaughter, Sharron Proper and Wendi Thompson at “Pigeon Cove” home of the Grigsby family.
Guests attending were six of her children, two step-children, 23 greandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
