Dr. Paul Torgersen, the new President of Virginia Tech, will give a message on the state of1 the Universiety.
The featured speaker for the morning program will be Mr. Carlton Courter, the new Commissioner of the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Mr. Courter will speak on the importance of promoting the agriculture industries in Virginia.
