Fall Election Polls will be open from 6 a.rn. until 7 p.m..on Tuesday, Nov. 5, for the 1996 election. Voters will be choosing a President and • vice president, U.S. Senator and member of the House of Representatives for the 10th District. There is also a ballot for two members of the Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District. Another ballot contains five questions on amending the Constitution of Virginia.
