Just a little over a year and a half ago, Speedy Duncan purchased Cecil’s Service from bypass entrepreneur Cecil Campbell.
Buying this company, established on Broadview Avenue in Warrenton in 1990, seemed like the natural thing to do, since Duncan and his wife Susan were already managing the business.
