The Rappahannock Lions Club will have their fourth annual grand raffle "draw down" party from 5 p.m. 'until 1 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9th.
As in previous years, the grand prize is $5,000. Tickets are $100. each, which includes hors d'oeuvres, dinner for two, dancing to a live band from 9:30 p.m.'to 1 a.m., an open bar and one chance to win the grand prize.
