Lewis Butler
Lewis A. Butler, 68, of Washington, died on Sunday, Oct. 27, at his residence.
He was bom in Rappahannock County, on Sept. 11, 1928.
He was a retired superintendent of Hitt Contracting Company in Merrifield and a member of Washington Baptist Church.
His parents were the late Amos N. and Lillie Hawkins Butler.
Survivors include his wife, Alice C. Butler of Washington; two sons, Jeffrey Lewis Butler of Washington and Phillip Keith Butler of Falls Church; one daughter, Alicia Michelle Butler of Vienna; one sister, Mary B. Sibert of Salsbury, Md.; one brother, Edward A. Butler of Gainesville and two grandchildren
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at Washington Baptist Church in Washington with the Rev. Phil Bailey officiating.
Interment was in Washington Masonic Cemetery.
