A new student-run electronic Scholarly Journal-Law Review, appropriately named, Perspectives on Law and the Public Interest, debuted April 19, 1996, with its inaugural issue, "The American Tobacco Debate."
The Journal boasts articles from authors such as Richard McGowan, and Economist and Specialist in Federal and State regulation, Ruth Roemer, recent President of the American Public Health Association and current director of The School of Public Health at UCLA; and Graham Kelder of the National Tobacco Products Liability Project, a leading organization in Tobacco litigation nationally.
