She had already checked with the Department of Health to make sure the restroom facilities would be adequate and the DOH said they are.
The BZA did have some concern over that issue since the bathrooms are located in the basement of the main residence there but that building is approximately 100 yards from the workshop.
Vogel also provided the BZA with a site plane for parking which also showed the location of the workshop and residence and the screening (which already exists) that blocks the view from adjacent properties. She does not plan to put up a sign as she has a temporary one which she uses for the first day of each session and then takes down.
