Wanda Payne was honored on Saturday, April 25 with a bridal shower given by Miss Melissa Payne and Mrs. Cathy Pullen, both of Washington and Mrs. Sharon Dodson and Mrs. Eva Menefee, both of Culpeper. The shower was held at the Gid Brown Bible Baptist Church.
