•Greater Reston Arts Center (GRACE), Reston Town Center, 11911 Freedom Drive, Reston, (703) 471-9242: Founded in 1974, the Greater Reston Arts Center’s (GRACE) mission is to enrich individual and community life by fostering and promoting excellence in contemporary visual arts. GRACE offers a variety of arts programs to the community. It presents nine art exhibitions a year by emerging and established artists at its Reston Town Center gallery. Its “Art-in-the-Schools program offers art education .and creative hands-on activities in 28 area schools to supplement school curricula. GRACE is in the process of developing a new program of art classes for adults and children. It sponsors an annual summer art camp for Children ages 4 to 14. GRACE also presents Artists Forums, informal salon-style gatherings for GRACE member artists. GRACE holds several fund-raising events throughout the year, including Art for Giving, a winter holiday exhibition; the annual C-Note Sale in October; and our annual Art Auction held every spring.
