Kathleen Elizabeth “Kate” McCarthy, 16, of Amissville died on April 19 in Culpeper County. She was a senior at Seton School in Front Royal.
She is survived by her parents, William and MaryJo Miasek of Amissville and Tbm and Tarry McCarthy ofTyaskin, Md.; brother Joseph T. McCarthy of Salisbury, Md.; grandparents John and Bertha Aydelotte of Parsonsburg, Md.; Joe and Francis McCarthy of Baltimore, Md.; and Betty Miasek of Baltimore, Md.; uncle John Aydelotte of Parsonsburg, Md., aunt JoAnne Quillin of Berlin, Md., and several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services were conducted at The Bounds Funeral Home in Salisbury, Md. on Saturday, April 25. Burial was in Wicomico Memorial Park, Salisbury.
