As stated in the Soil and Water Conservation District Law of Virginia, a Soil and Water Conservation District is a political subdivision of state government and is mandated to develop comprehensive programs and plan for the conservation of soil and water resources within its boundaries.
A full day beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 3 p.m. is planned. Registration will be from 8:30 to 9 a.m. and a lunch will be provided to participants.
