TRASH FREE RAPPAHANNOCK (TFR) announces its second annual drive to keep Rappahannock beautiful and help the community... by exchanging roadside trash for money. 1998 saw $4,500 contributed to the TFR clean up fund, that helped a Church, Rescue Squad, Scout Troop, 4H, School Project, Animal Welfare Organization, Recreational activity and other good causes... of mho choosing.
