The only application on the Architectural Review Board’s agenda this month was Trinity Episcopal Church’s exterior renovation to the recently purchased house at 370 Gay St., Washington.
At their Feb. 11 meeting, board members Donna Kevis, Tanya Richey and Patrick O’Connell approved two of the church’s renovations.
Ed Barton was absent, and Jay Monroe was present but abstained from voting.
Monroe, the architect for the church, answered the board’s questions about the building code and plans.
