Bessie Virginia Burke Corder, 77, of Manassas, died Tuesday, Feb. 9 at Prince William Hospital in Manassas.
She was a member of Manassas Assembly of God.
Survivors include two sons, Edward W. Chadwell Jr. and Ronald W. Chadwell, both of Front Royal; one step-son, Charles “Bud” Corder of Washington; two sisters, Marie Clatterbuck of Manassas and Mary Burke of Falls Church and one brother, Charles Edward Burke of Richmond.
Also surviving is one granddaughter, Dana Chadwell of Front Royal.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 13 at Price Funeral Home in Manassas with Rev. Charles B. Nestor and Rev. John K. Burke officiating. Burial was at Washington Masonic Cemetery.
