The Board of Supervisors met with the Washington Town Council in a joint meeting on Feb. 10, and made a resolution to consider annexing into the town portions of three properties that are bisected by the town line.
The council table was packed with seven council members, four supervisors, two attorneys and the county administrator. Only Supervisor Roger Welch was absent.
