to hold
registration
The Rappahannock Athletic Association (RAA) invites you to play Babe Ruth Baseball or Girl’s Softball and this Saturday, Feb. 20 is the last scheduled chance for registration.
Registration will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Library.
Divisions offered include: 16-18 years and 13-15 years for Babe Ruth Baseball; 10-12 years for Major League Baseball; 7-9 years for Minor League Baseball and 5-6 years for T-ball. [
Girl’s Softball categories include 16-1» years; 13-15 years and 7-l^years.
According to a RAA spokesperson this past year there were over 380 players, of all ages, participating on 28 teams. They play ball both in the spring and fall and encourage all children, regardless of experience, to participate and gain confidence while learning new skills in a sportsmanship like manner. All games are played in Amissville.
