There is still time for student vocalists and instrumentalists to participate in the concert program at The Theatre in Washington scheduled for Sunday,'Feb. 28 at 2:30 p.m.
The Rappahannock Lions Club has sponsored annual Bland Music Contests for many years as part of a state-wide program dedicated to encouraging young musicians to develop their personal skills and to show-case their talents.
Student musicians are eligible to participate if they reside in Rappahannock or are attending school in he county. Registration
