Situation at Settle’s
William E. Dealing was arrested Sept. 4 outside Settle’s Grocery and Garage and charged with being drunk in public.
A clerk at the Flint Hill store called the Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Office around 2 p.m. to report the situation. According to the RCSO report, the clerk said the 59-year-old Dealing seemed intoxicated and was shouting outside the stare.
Deputy Robert Fincham and Maj. Chris Williams reported to the scene and arrested Dealing.
Arrested in court
Nathaniel D. Corbin, 21, of 3677 Slate Mills Road, was | arrested by Deputy Robert Fincham on Sept. 4 for being drunk in public.
According to the sheriff’s ; office report, Corbin was at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for a hearing on a misde: meanor assault charge he is facing.
