Demand - Rain Barrels!
a The Culpeper Soil & Water Conservation District will be hosting its 2nd “Build Your Own Rain Barrel" workshop on Saturday September 22 from 9a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Young Farmers’ Pavilion in Madison, VA. Lunch will be provided Barrels will cost $35 for 1 or $60 for 2, including hardware. Barrels without hardware will cost $15. Barrels can also be purchased without attending the workshop. Sept. 23: Charity Ride
American Road Motorcycles, located at 14828 Lee Hwy, Amissville will have a charity ride on Sunday, Sept. 23 for the family of Ryan Oyster, seven year marine corps vet. Tours of duty included Iraq, where Ryan became ill and was medically discharged, sadly Ryan lost his battle and passed away on July 2 leaving his wife and four children.
