Oct. 12: Registration due for

Family Caregiver Workshops

A series of classes providing hands-on training, information and support to family caregivers will be held on Thursdays, Oct. 18 and 25 and Nov. 8 and 15, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Washington Fire Hall. Take one or all four of these workshops which will give you helpful tips on caring for ill and disabled family members. Tbpics will include hands-on care, safety, preventing and dealing with problems, managing medications, working with doctors and hospitals, finding resources, financial and legal issues, coping with confusion and dementia and caring for the caregiver. Hunter Safety Course
