Pursuant to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 1, 2007 at 7:00PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:

SE 07-06-03 Roger V. end Sophie L. Scruton, owners of 173-59 acres hietoricatty known as Montpelier, on RL 231, Sperryville, (Tax Map 48, Parcel 46, StonewaH-Hawthome District, zoned AAgricultural), desire a Special Exception permit to uss their property as a venue tar weddings, receptions, conferences, and meetings.
