Sets Up Shop The student Book Fair at the elementary school starts Tuesday, according to RCES librarian Lucia Kilby. Pupils and parents alike are invited to browse among the specially-ordered books that will be on display. The books are chosen to reinforce reading skills and to hold a child’s interest. Kilby says the Book Fair is one of the best answers to the often repeated parental question: How can we make our children read? The paperback books cover a wide range of interests and are color-coded by topic. Prices range from 69* to $5.50 with the majority of them approximately $2. Kilby says proceeds from the sale will go towards additional books and materials for the school library.
