—approved a sight plan for Richard Settle for a fourbay paint and body shop. (Settle had previously been granted a conditional vari; ance from the BZA for the expansion to his Flint Hill garage business.)

—met for 10 minutes in executive session to discuss pending litigation.

—continued review oi proposed coning ordinance revisions with planning consultant Richard McNear in an hour long work session following adjournment oi the regular meeting.
