“Accidents and Your Liability” and “Real Estate” will be topics for the first two in a series of seven lectures on the Law Everyone Should Know to be offered by German na Community College this spring. All lectures in the series are open to the public at no charge and no registration is required.
The first lecture on “Accidents and Your Liability” is scheduled for Wednesday. April 4 at 7:00 p.m. in the GCC lecture hall and will be presented by Frank W. Somerville.
Material concerning accidents during the 2-hour lecture/discussion includes types of accidents, concept of negligence, the role of the courts, as well as an analysis of a typical accident case.
