The Authority also received an electrical inspection report from Gerhart on the status of electrical service' in SperryviDe homes. “There are 57 percent that appear to be satisfactory, there are 19 percent that we’re not sure of but we think that with minor modification that they'll be OK, and (the) remainder do not meet the national electrical code and will have to have something done to them before we can hook them up," said Gerhart Gerhart told the Authority that a decision will have to be reached during the next two meetings about how to inform homeowners who need electrical work done.
A right-of-way agreement with Potomac Edison for electrical lines to the plant site was approved by the WSA. Hie Authority then went into executive session to discuss the acquisition of land for access to the plant site, and the next steps to be taken in the Authority's audit.
The WSA’s next meeting wfll be on January 3.
