Reeve asked about the implications that low responses that the Board may think should be high responses could have on future policies of the Board. Estabrook replied that he would make a report on that question as more information returns from the data of the review board.

In other business, the Board was told that $76,000 should pay for this fiscal year’s architectural costs from the firm of Smithey and Boynton for the high school expansion project. The total contract was $95,000. The Board asked Estabrook to keep the Board of Supervisors informed of architectural payments on a monthly basis.

The Rappahannock County Women’s Club advised the Board that two pieces of new playground equipment are ready to be put up at the elementary school, and requested permission to set up the new equipment. The club raised funds for the equipment last year, and the Board approved its request to set up a four swing swing set
