The Planning Commission will forward the proposed zoning ordinance and maps to the Board of Supervisors, who can change anything they wish before holding another public hearing, giving citizens another opportunity to voice suggestions, support or opposition.

We disagree with their decision not to be specific, but respect their motive: They don't want to reveal how the 73 Ordinance, which could remain in place for some time, can be wrung out in the courts.
