In regard to the landfill for Rappahannock County, I do not believe the Woodville people are only more entitled to have a permanent landfill than any other section of the county.
To begin with, the landfill was originally placed in Woodville without the knowledge of the residents, and then was promised to be kept here for only two years. After the two years, it was continued as a landfill for approximately three years without a permit. Then a permit was granted for an extension of approximately two more yean which would end June SO, 1966.
