Robert Raatham of Flint HiU asked Planner McNeer and Commissioner Miller to be “spedfic” about the legally indefensible aspects of the 78 Zoning Ordinance. Both declined to comment on specific sections, but maintained the 73 Ordinance had served its purpose and needed to be replaced. Said McNear "I wont politically give a list of how the 78 Ordinance can be defeated.”
