Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bridges of Washington are proud to announce the birth of their tenth grandchild, a boy, Cabell Rosser, bom on April 21. Cabell weighed six pounds and three ounces.
He is the fourth child of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Cox, Jr. of Charlottesville.
