Virginia Museum Meeting The Culpeper Chapter of the Virginia Museum will hold its final meeting of the season at the Culpeper Country Club on Wednesday, May 15. There will be a cash bar available at 6 p.m., and dinner will be at 7 p.m., with a short meeting following to elect officers for the coming season. Members are welcome to invite guests and prospective members are invited to join The Virginia Museum at any time of the year. Those planning to attend may send a check for $12.50 per person to Mrs. James Cubbage, 610 Yowell Drive, Culpeper by May 7. Lions9 Auction The Rappahannock Lions Club will sponsor an auction on Saturday, May 11 at 7 p.m. at the Washington Fire House. The auctioneer will be Tom Reese, and the Lions are asking for donations of items to sell. Those wishing to make donations may call the following Lions Club members. Piedmont Technical Fashion Show You are invited to attend a fashion show entitled “Our Coloring Book of Creativity” on Thursday, May 2 at 7:30 p.m. presented by the Fashion and Tailoring Department of Piedmont Technical Education Center. The showing will include the fashions that have been handmade by the students enrolled in the class this year. This event will take place in the auditorium at Piedmont Technical Education Center.
