Several new issues were raised * by Town Attorney Frank Reynolds, ■ following a meeting with Virginia Department of Health officials in his office last week. But the question that most vexed the council, as it has v done in several previous meetings, was how best to handle those subdivisions it has already approved under the current ordinance— subdivisions th*t may not meet new - standards once the 1992 Subdivision , Ordinance is approved.
In particular, requirements gov-* emingdrainfields were debated, and some of the Health Department issues raised by Mr. Reynolds also dealt with those requirements.
