The Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service is currently accepting applications for the 1992 feed grain and wheat programs. The signup period ends April 17.
The programs offer price support loans, deficiency payments, and other program benefits to farmers who reduce their acreage bases by five percent for wheat, corn, grain sorghum and barley with zero percent for oats.
