Mr. and Mrs. Harold Brown Estes Jr. of Culpeper are proud to announce the birth of a son, Matthew Brown, born April 8 at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville. He weighed five pounds and 11 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long.
