“For most people, light control, privacy and ease of operation combined with a soft, lovely look are the most important attributes in window treatments,” explains Marvin Hopkins, president of Hunter Douglas Duette Window Fashions. “Until we created Silhouette, they didn’t find them all in one single product.”
The company applied its innovative thinking to create a totally new approach to window coverings: soft fabric vanes suspended between two sheer facings, which open and close with the action of a single cord.
