Lacy Thomas Corbin, of Winchester, died Wednesday, April 8 at the Veterans’ Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va. where he had been a patient sinceDecember following a lorlg declining health.

His .parent^ were the late Will and Roberta (Katy) Jenkins Corbin of Madison where he was born on May 14,1914.
Survivors include his wife, Nettie Frances Dodson, a native of Sperryville; one son, Jimmie; four granddaughters; one grandson; seven great-grandchildren also survive; and two brothers, Bruce Corbin of Elkwood and Sylvester Corbin of Winchester.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, April 11 at Jones’ Funeral Home in Winchester with his pastor, Rev. Ken Smith officiating. Burial followed in Shenandoah Memorial Park.
Those serving as pallbearers were Robert Corbin, Billy Corbin, Holtzman Frazier, Dickie Corbin, Frankie Corbin and James' Kelchner.
