COUNTY TAGS NOW ON SALE County taxes must be paid and Registration Cards must be stamped by the Commissioner of Revenue. County tags must be displayed by May 1, 1992. When transferring a sticker from one vehicle to another you must return the old sticker and receipt to the Treasurer's Office before a duplicate will be issued.
