The National Aeronautics
and Space Administration (NASA) has appointed Col. V. John Lyle of Washington, Va., as special assistant to the administrator of the manned space flight program. In that position he will have responsibility for assisting in the overall management of all manned space flights, including the planned Apollo lunar landing. Col. Lyle is a graduate of the University of Maryland and also holds bachelor of laws and master of laws degrees from Georgetown University.
Irvin Kenyon of Fairfax assumed duties as game warden of Rappahannock County on Monday, April 17. He was among 15 trainees who completed a special Game Commission Training School held April 3-14. Mr. Kenyon is a native of Fairfax
