4 cups shredded cabbage
3/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
Combine cabbage and carrot in a large bowl; set aside.
Combine oil and vinegar in a small saucepan; stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Immediately pour hot mix
