Producers who meet acreage reduction and other program requirements may obtain price support loans at a national average rate of $2.21 per bushel for wheat, $1.72 for com, $1.63 for grain sorghum, $1.40 for barley and 88 cents for oats.
The 1992 programs have many planting options, the same as in 1992. Up to 25 percent of the crop acreage base or flex acres, may be planted to any program crop except fruits and vegetables.
