Craig Landrum can’t get away from keyboards. At work, it’s a computer. At home, it’s a pipe-organ.
Keyboards at work are work. He’s president of Blue Ridge Technologies in Flint Hil, a five-yer old computer firm that he founded with Dr. John Jamieson, its chief executive officer.
Keyboards at home are his hobby and a source of pleasure and relaxation. But they’re sort of work, too, since the pride of his pipe-organ collection is rather large and took him most of the last two yers rebuilding it. In fact, it’s so large that he and his wife, Cady Soukup, designed their new log home to fit the pipe-organ, not the other way around.
The custom-designed Hearthstone log home contracted by Bob Metcalf near Woodville has stories built around an almost cavernous living room with a 28-foot cathedral (appropriately) ceiling.
