Radio Shack of Warrenton, opened seven years ago by the Kitt family, is a technical wonderland.
Product lines offered include a complete line of consumer electronics, including telephones, compact disc players, scanners, audio and video equipment, and computers.
Michael Kitt, owner and manager, became interested in electronics as a young man. Primarily interested in electronics as a hobby while he was in his teens, Kitt later worked as an operations manager in a Detroit company.
Now back in Warrenton, Kitt works in his Warrenton Center store with his staff, which includes Larry Bowling, Duffy Hearrell, Eddie Furr and some part-time help.
Although each person has a strength in one particular aspect of the Radio Shack business, they all are knowledgeable about their products, and have the experience necessary to determine which product is best suited to a customer’s needs.
Because there are so many product lines and brand names available, it is often necessary to have an experienced customer service representative assist you.
Radio Shack of Warrenton understands this, and realizes that they must provide excellent service and be able to provide answers to complex technical questions.
