A name that has become familiar on the Warrenton Bypass is that of Cecil T. Campbell first started in business in December 1986, selling gasoline at the old Citgo service station on the Bypass.

In April 1989, he opened his auto repair shop next to Wendy’s, and in October 1990, he opened his new Shell service station net to his repair shop.
