“What has happened over tl)$ past 15 years is that anybody that panicked and sold out — like they did in ’87 — in a period of two to three months regretted it, an<J bought back at higher prices,[’ Crouch said. “Most of the corrections we’ve had in the last year have been very short-lived.”
“The other thing that’s pushing this market is that there are no alternative investments,” Crouch said. “The banks don’t have anything to offer, insurance company annuities aren’t that high and people are still afraid of real estate —build; ings are still out there vacant.” . I
