Effective until January 2, 1994, The Middleburg National Bank is offering an introductory, annual percentage rate (APR) of 6.0% on FOXEQUITY lines of credit. After January 2, 1994, the annual percentage rate will adjust to the prime rate plus 1.5%, as published in the Wall Street Journal. For example, the prime rate through June 30, 1993 was 6.0%, making the adjusted APR 7.5%. The maximum lifetime APR is 18.0%.
